How quickly will I receive a quote?

Once your project’s scope and needs are clear, we usually share our quote within 1–2 business days. For projects that need a technical assessment, we tell you the timeline upfront.

How do you price a project?

We price each project based on its scope, content density, design and technical requirements, and delivery schedule. For presentations we look at slide count; for motion content, at duration and production technique. Every quote is prepared specifically for your project.

How long does a project take?

Delivery time depends on the type and scope of the project. For example, for a 20–30 slide corporate presentation with ready content, we can usually deliver the first version within 5 business days. We agree on the exact schedule, including revisions, before work begins.

Do you take on short-notice, urgent projects?

Yes, whenever our schedule allows. Share your target delivery date and the materials you have, and we will quickly assess what we can deliver in that time.

How do revisions work?

Our design and content production projects include two rounds of revisions. In each round we collect your feedback in a single list and make the changes accordingly. Requests such as new content, additional deliverables or a change to an approved design direction are priced separately, and we share their impact on the schedule in advance.

What formats do you deliver in? Can we edit the files ourselves later?

We choose delivery formats based on the platform the work will be used on and its technical requirements. Presentations are delivered as editable PowerPoint or Keynote files, with a PDF export when needed. For video, animation and interactive projects, we agree on output formats and whether editable source files are included at the quote stage.

Do you work with event agencies on a white-label basis and under NDA?

Yes. We can work under your agency’s brand as an extension of your team. When needed, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), keep client information and project materials confidential, and never share the work in our portfolio without your permission.

Do you provide on-site support at projects and events? Do you travel outside Istanbul and abroad?

Yes. Depending on the project, we provide on-site support during preparation, rehearsals and the event itself. We also work outside Istanbul and abroad; working days, travel and accommodation are agreed at the quote stage.
