Event Branding — Generative Art

Elcore Day — Event Identity & Generative Art Wall

For Elcore Day, we designed the event’s entire visual identity. Print materials, stage animations, and real-time generative LED content built in TouchDesigner were all produced under a shared design system.

The Brief

Every touchpoint of the event needed to speak the same visual language.

Rather than being designed in isolation, the print materials, stage screens, sponsor areas, and main LED surface all had to be treated as a single brand system. And the main LED screen had to be more than a backdrop — an active part of the event experience.

Approach

We developed all of the event’s print applications under a shared typography, grid, and visual system. Logo animations, transitions, and stage motion content were produced as a continuation of the same design language.

For the main LED screen, we developed a real-time generative particle system running in TouchDesigner. This constantly shifting visual carried the event identity onto the stage and gave the LED surface a living character.

Outcome

From badges on lanyards to the transitions between talks, every visual touchpoint of the event worked as one system.

The real-time generative LED content became one of the event’s most eye-catching visual elements and created a natural gathering and photo spot for guests.

sophon studio was responsible for the event identity, printed collateral, LED screen content, motion graphics, real-time generative art wall and live presentation management.
